This is what you want in a rental company! Professional, friendly, quick to respond to any question, and welcomes you into the community! We spent over a year in an Ohm Enterprises property and absolutely loved the house, the prices, and the customer service. We moved from out of state and the application process was trusting, easy and quick, and we were greeted into town with a smile and information about the local area. When we were ready to move out and purchase a house, Tejas made the exit process super easy, and even gave us insider realty tips and tricks to help US out. Unheard of! Overall some of the best and nicest people I've met - took time to get to know us personally (even our pets!) and has been a great community resource. We didn't just gain great memories in the property we lived at, but we gained friends at Ohm Enterprises.

Ohm Enterprises was such a pleasure to work with! They are johnny on the spot when it comes to anything a renter may need! Tejas was so welcoming when we first moved in and continued to be as such throughout our time! Not only did we thoroughly enjoyed our time in the apartment, it helped us grow as people! Tejas has continuously told us that if we find ourselves back in Bloomington, we will always have a home here and everything that Tejas and his team has done just further proves that.
